There is no doubt that Bad Bunny is one of the most popular artists in the world right now. In 2022, he captivated the world with his hit album Un Verano Sin Ti, making it the most streamed album of the year and solidifying himself as the biggest artist of the year. According to Spotify, Bad Bunny has been the most streamed artist for three years, from 2020-2022 on their platform, and he’s the only artist to ever do that. He’s also the fourth most listened to artist, with 80 million monthly listeners.

Incredibly, the Puerto Rican singer has surpassed numerous records with albums completely sung in spanish. Before the album, Bad Bunny had big collabs with many artists, such as Tainy, El Groupo Frontera, Travis Scott, The Weeknd and one of the biggest artists of the decade, Drake.

Earlier this year Bad Bunny released his first single of the new album, titled “Where She Goes.” This song caused a lot of controversy amongst Bad Bunny’s fans due to the song title being in English. Many felt that he was selling himself out to fit a more Americanized demographic, to match with his American and rumored girlfriend, Kendall Jenner. Despite that, the song was very successful. A few months later, he released his second single of the album, “Un Preview,” and on October 13, he released his new album, Nadie Sabe Qué Va Pasar Mañana.

The album starts with the song “Nadie Sabe,” which is a message from Bad Bunny to his fans, the song is filled with disses against people who have criticized him. The songs, “Cybertruck” and “Where She Goes,” are very similar to “Jersey beats,” which I think Bad Bunny has excelled at, making very fun catchy songs.

The song “Fina” has been loved by fans because it features another very popular Puerto Rican singer, Young Miko. Similarly, “Perro Negro” features Colombian singer, Feid, who is very loved by Latino fans. The whole Album is amazing and any fan of Bad Bunny would enjoy listening to it, I know I haven’t stopped!

The album is filled with many songs that are reminiscent of Bad Bunny’s old style of writing trap songs. Fans of the singer took to twitter to discuss the new album, and what he sings about. In the first song Bad Bunny sings, “Tu no eres mi fan real, por eso te tire el cellular,” which addresses the controversy of him throwing a fan’s phone earlier this year. Overall, the album is filled with many great songs, with different styles. My personal favorites are “Cybertruck” and “Monaco.”

Bad Bunny has announced he’s going on tour in 2024. Fans all over the country have run to Ticketmaster to register for ticket sales. Ticketmaster has predicted that the tour is going to have an influx of people who want to buy a ticket to see the Puerto Rican singer in person.
