Majors Steak House is a great restaurant. The food is cooked very well. It is delicious from the appetizer to the main course. The whole scenery is warm and cozy because of the decor and the music they play.

The restaurant is ancient fashioned. It has black and white photos all over the place. Some pictures have handwriting with messages and signatures on them. The walls are also decorated with pictures of animals, like cows and horses, and a red-and-white checkered pattern. They have sports team pictures hanging up, also in black and white. They have neon lights outside that shine through the glass window when you look at the window. They play music from the 60s, which makes the place even more enjoyable and cozy. Some songs that they played when I visited were “L-O-V-E” by Nat King Cole and “Get Ready” by The Temptations. I knew almost every song that they were playing, which made me like the restaurant even more.

The server was nice and polite. He also did not rush us. When the waiter gave us our food, he realized the chef gave us a baked potato instead of a sweet potato and because of the mixup, he said he was going to give it to us in the house.

The restaurant is pricey, but that is expected because it is a steakhouse. Depending on what kind of steak you want, it starts as low as $24.95 and goes as high as $55.95.

For an appetizer, we got fried calamari and one french onion soup. For our main course, we had a cheeseburger, Major Rib Eye Steak, pork chops, and the Delmonico Rib Eye Steak. For four people, the bill came out to be $190 including the tip. The food was really good and cooked just the way we wanted.

I would definitely go back and would like to try new things next time, like their buffalo wings, baby back ribs, and shrimp cocktail.
